Lack of quality control before shipping rug. If someone would have checked quality by looking at it before shipping, they would have seen what looks like a splotchy bleached corner on the rug. They could have tossed it in the reject pile, looked at another to ensure it had overall color....shipping a good rug instead of a defective. We ordered two sizes. One arrived just fine....the other, not so much. I was stuck because we had to have rugs (company coming and the previous ones we were replacing were already thrown away), so I was in a bad spot. I would have returned the bad rug had that been a timely option for me. As it is, I surely hope, when you look at the picture, someone will find it within themselves to replace the rug with one that passes inspection. By enlarging the photo, it will become all the clearer, although it already stands out in small size. The defect is the only reason for my low rating. The rug that arrived with no defects does achieve a better rating. Makes sense, right? One good, one not so much. Oh, how I hope the seller will replace this defective rug....or that something can be done to right this wrong. Hopefully, I will hear from someone who cares about customer satisfaction. Ombre is one thing, missing/bleached out color, quite another. We shall see. Thank you for this opportunity to report.
