Schar is one thing the only companies that carry low FODMAP foods. I have MCAS, which just means I'm super sensitive to foods, but I can always depend on Schar products to digest well. I'm very grateful for them so that I can consume normal foods without issues.

This is, by far, the best gluten free white bread we have found in twelve years of trying GF breads. It's best used in a grilled sandwich (such as a grilled cheese) or in a casserole that calls for bread cubes. It also makes excellent stuffing/dressing when combined with melted butter, chopped veggies, and herbs.

Only Good Gluten-Free Bread on the Market

I have Celiac disorder so I can't eat anything with gluten. Flour being a food I had to cut out. Most gluten-free foods that I have tried are terrible. I tried several different brands of gluten free breads but the only one that is good is Schar Gluten Free Artisan Baker Multigrain Sourdough. I always have eaten 100% wheat or a mixture of whole wheat and seeds. I will never waste my money on any other brand of gluten free bread. I will stay with the Schar brand. It makes great toast!
