i really love this toilet. it is so easy to use. of course it is simple to "use" just as any other toilet.1. sit down 2. use 3. flush. When it is time to empty , simply take i to a toilet or dumping station and pour yours into thiers. clean using a hose or any other provided tools. it is hard to dscribe snc your use experience may be very different from mine. i keep 3 1 gallon water jugs filled with water for my personal washing and rinsing uses during emptying. also rubber gloves and a small bottle of dish soap nd some toilet cleaner in a kit for when it is time for me to clean and empty my tank.
