I've had it in for about 4 days now, and it really gets the job done!! It's been 90 degree weather the last few days, and it's keeping my whole first floor (a little over 1000 square feet) cool and comfortable. I don't even need to turn the fan up high, I keep it on the lowest level and it's fantastic. The indoor and outdoor units are both really quiet. I love that it connects to my phone. I've set schedules, which have worked on point! The overall install was good, have some know how (or watching a lot of YouTube university videos) would be helpful. Also, make sure you have all the right tools, including a vacuum pump - I had all that stuff required. For the record I DID NOT USE A TORQUE WRENCH. I used to wrenches - 1 to hold, 1 to tighten. It worked for me. It took me about 4-5 hours to install the in door and outdoor. My father-in-law did the electrical work. Overall, I love this thing, and plan to run another to thee second floor.
