Great for around the house

I have weird feet... super wide, but short, and a very high instep that starts rising immediately after the toes. I usually can't wear anything that isn't either stretchy or adjustable, especially fashionable dress shoes. I have to get creative when I order things online and order a size or two larger than my measurements would suggest. Normally I wear an ASICS running shoe in 12.5 Extra Wide, but my toes stop almost 2 inches before the end of the shoe, like I should be wearing a 10.5, but the width keeps me from fitting into even a t 10.5 extra wide. That being said, I'm going to say these fit true to size, because I ordered a 13 wide and the instep is high enough and it's overall just a tiny bit loose fitting, as I would expect going up half a size. I haven't worn them enough to really break them in yet, but I assume the cork footbed should eventually conform to my foot the way Birkenstocks do (for people who can fit into them, not me). Great slipper, would buy again.
