It cooks to perfection, with a firm texture and a fresh pasta taste. Its rough surface helps sauces stick. Since 1886, we've used traditional methods like bronze drawing and slow drying to create pasta that’s always “al dente.” Orzo is a small, fun-shaped pasta, perfect for soups and broths. Suggestions for Perfect Cooking: Use 6 quarts of water per 1 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Stir from time to time. Cook for 11 minutes, drain and season. Store in a cool dry place.
