DAP Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler is a high quality, latex-based wood filler formulated to match various wood finishes—from a natural pine to dark walnut and several shades in between, including white. This formula is stainable, paintable and won't shrink crack or crumble. Wood grain filler is ideal for repairing cracks, gouges, holes and other surface defects. It can be used on furniture, woodwork, molding, cabinets, paneling, plywood, windows, doors and even painted surfaces. Plastic Wood Latex is suitable for interior and exterior use. Selling unit is 6 ounce. Color is White.
- Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler looks and acts like real wood; ideal for corners and vertical surfaces on interior or exterior wood
- Unlike many other wood putty fillers, easy-to-use, latex-based formula can be planed, cut, drilled, screwed, nailed, sanded, stained and painted
- White wood filler will not shrink, crack or crumble and provides strong nail and screw anchoring for easy wood repairs
- Thick, knife grade formula can be molded, sculpted, and offers easy handling by spreading smoothly and evenly, allowing it to fill any shape imperfection
- Wood filler must be dried thoroughly before sanding, about 3 to 6 hours depending on temperature, humidity, and depth of fill and may be painted with latex-based paint immediately after sanding, or if using an oil-based paint, after 12 hours
- Exterior applications must be coated with latex or oil-based paint or solid color stain to protect repair, applications subject to water exposure must be sealed with a waterproof coating
- Product is low in odor and cleans up easily by wiping off excess filler from surface and tools with a damp cloth before material dries, dried wood filler must be sanded or scraped away
