Received item a week ago. The box was a little damamged but the 10pack of guitar strings were fine. In the box are 10 sets of guitar strings for an electric guitar. This item works out perfectly for me because not only is this the brand of string I use but I also had to repace one of them on my guitar. For those that already know how to replace your strings, here is a quick overview. Cut the ones on your electric guitar with a wire cutter. Next carefully pull out a set. Keep in mind that there are 6 different sizes of strings for a different pitch. You should see a very thin string which is your high E one to the biggest one or thickest one being the low E. So your set up should look like this from top to bottom. E A D G B E So when putting these strings on, be careful not to over tighten otherwise they will break. It may take a few times of tuning your strings to get the standered sound. These strings create a very nice crisp sound when strummed with a guitar pick. To keep the strings nice and easy to slide your fingers around, Id recommend using gorilla snot which you can buy at your local guitar shop or online. These strings if properly taken care of, can last several months to a year before replacing them. Happy Guitar Playing for pros like me or beginners.

This package is 10 sets and is a really great deal for the price, which is always a good thing. The sound from these strings is top notch as well and most important of all. I believe it is because they are precision wound with nickel plated steel. They also have a hexagonally shaped high carbon steel core. This provides the best intonations(bright tone). You can always count on D'Addario for the highest quality and the best performance. This box includes ten sets of strings. Each set is individually wrapped and sealed in a plastic sleeve. This is crucial to prevent any corrosion. I have found from my experience that the D'Addario strings are the best at staying flexible, soft and supple compared to many of the other options out there. With that being said there is obviously degradation that will occur and having the option of this large pack of strings really makes it economically the best choice. D'Addario has really perfected their production of strings and I do not think that you will be disappointed if you give them a shot.
