[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Kitchen Basics Organic Free Range Chicken Stock, making chicken soup. The flavor is rich and natural without being too salty or artificial like many other store bought stocks. You can really taste the difference from the organic, free-range chicken it adds depth to soups, sauces, and risottos without overpowering other ingredients. I love that it's low in sodium and has a clean ingredient list with no preservatives or MSG. It's as close to homemade as I've found in a carton. The texture is also sustainable. I do feel like the package could be a better quality.
