Was unhappy with the outcome of picture . Firstly when delivered it had creases in it (I paid for shipping) I wrote them n they said due to size it needed to b folded n to put heavy objects on it. I had already done this since I have done many diamond art paintings. This was my first attempt at doing a custom painting. My grandkids in the picture I sent had a tan except for my greatgrandaughter the picture came out with them being so dark including the little one . They claim due to the pic that was sent. Since this was my 1st time doing a custom one I don't know if right or wrong??? In the future I want to do more custom art ones but will not use this site. The pic is a 16x20 n I wanted it on the larger side cause I read the bigger the better the outcome of quality would b. Back to shipping the shipper could have rolled the canvas on a large tube to eliminate creases which by the way I still see in the canvas(it might b me since I've worked so closely on it.
