This is THE hot sauce! Crystal has medium heat with forward dark red chili flavor and subdued vinegar. I prefer Crystal to all others I've tried. I was so happy to find it at Walmart, as I use to stock up whenever I went to Louisiana. You will find this in a lot of restaurants in New Orleans.
