these are super freshy and fishy oysters. they just iust like the ones from the fish market. there is a lot of mini whole oysters in the can and it is high in protein. adding oysters to my meals elevates them so much more than if they didnt have them. i use these in a lot of my breakfast dishes. they are cooked and packaged well. all you have to do is put them in a plate. be mindful they are very potent in smell, if this is your first time deciding to try them!
