i bought this for my daughter. she's autistic %26 has bad sleeping issues. It's not going to work if you use it every single day.. like anything, they will become immune to it. i use it only on days shes really having issues as a last resort %26 some days i will use the bath products that they offer. i spray the pillow, the sheets %26 the comforter before she lays down. it definitely helps to calm her enough to lay down %26 eventually fall asleep.
