Poor design

The shower flange does not have an inner sleeve or set screw which causes the bell shaped flange to not mount flush to the wall. Moen states it was designed to require putty. My plumber could not believe a shower this expensive was designed so cheaply.

Beautiful hardware, missing parts.

Not only did this product come with incorrect installation instructions, which made us order duplicate parts we thought were missing, but we then found out it was missing other parts when actually finishing the job. The hardware seems nice, but installation was a nightmare.
