Beautiful upgrade

We had a Moen shower set previously, but in the course of a remodel to our guest bath it became clear that replacing the nearly 20 year old set with a more updated look was in order. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found that the new set uses the exact same valve assembly as the old. The new set is very stylish, works smoothly and flawlessly as the old, and was very easy to install. Thank you Moen!

Handle not Flush

Purchased and had plumber install for a remodel. Plumber states it is installed per manufacture specifications but shower handle sticks out about 3/4 inch from the back plate.

Hello Al Vito and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. The Moen T2692EP Voss Chrome Posi-Temp® Shower Only has a gap between the bottom of the handle and the escutcheon plate to ensure the screws on the plate do not interfere with the operation of the handle. Depending on the installation, it is acceptable for this gap to be between ½” to 1”. Many times this gap is defined by the amount of room behind the shower wall the installer has to position the valve.
