The Body Solid GLGS100 Classic Series Corner Leverage Gym with Aircraft Grade Cables features a space-saving design that fits comfortably in any home or commercial setting, and it has a high-gloss anodized red finish for a sleek look. It was durably constructed using aircraft grade cables, nylon pulleys, and welded metal caps in high-traffic areas, and it utilized rounded metal tubing that's stonger than square tubing for long-lasting use. This gym was designed to easily convert into three stations for the most versatile workout: a lat pulldown for your back, arm and shoulder muscles, a press/squat arm for your chest and arms, and a low pulley for your biceps, triceps, and various other muscles. It also works with most weight benches and includes weight horns on the sides for easy weight storage. A complete body workout all in one compact machine!
