Lasted longer than expected
So I've used this flapper disc at work on stainless steel, uhmw, mild steel, and shaft material. Overall it did well on all these different material, but the one thing that has stuck out for me was that the disc seemed to last longer than the consumables at work. The disc seemed to hold its shape better throughout it life. Overall, I was impressed with the life of the disc over different material. Definitely a quality grinding disc. Flap wheel that lasts
I have used this flap wheel for weeks now and haven't had to change it, it is aggressive enough I don't need my abrasive wheel and I can prep with a finer grit and I'm ready for paint. No deep scaring marks or run aways. Smooth. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Longest lasting flap disc ever
This flap disc is the longest lasting flap disc I have ever used. I use probably 40 discs a month in my Job as a maintenance man/ fabricator. This ceramic backed paper disc has far, far, outlasted the other ones I use on daily basis. I mainly use the disc for blending welds for machine fit up or just plain fit in preparation for welding. While it is not any different or superior in cutting ability or speed, it does last three times as long. Longer lasting disc...means less disc changes...which means less time involved in my project. In essence, because this thing is tough...I get more done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
