This is a great product

I love this mini crock pot. It holds about 20 oz - more than enough for a lunch. I use it at work and bring leftovers, soup (a Campbells size can fits). Heats slowly and keeps food moist. I was concerned about the grey inner lid and seal - wasn't sure I could get it off after the food was heated but amazingly, it pops up during the heating process and makes it so easy to get to your food
