Lupus safe. And a higher a smoke point too.

It says Refined in big letters on the front of the jar. I was looking for Refined Organic, because I have lupus and the unrefined with all the inpurities sets my lupus off. I'm so glad to be able to find this. This unrefined organic coconut oil and one brand of unrefined safflower oil are the ONLY cooking oils I have found that don't set off my lupus. Thank you Crisco.
