The best pan spray

I worked in foodservice for years and years. Crisco Professional Pan Release is the best performing pan spray I have ever used. I suspect this product has been discontinued by Smucker, who owns the brand. I hope I am wrong.

A very good pan release spray by Crisco

One of Crisco's Professional Series. Does seem to work very well in casserole dishes and baking pans. I do wish Crisco would give a choice of sunflower oil or other oils than Canola, but it is very good as is.
