After birthday disappointment

While ordering this item online and it showed that I could pick it up the next day. After completing the online payment, it then stated the item would be ready for pick up on the 16th, which was two days after my kid's birthday. When I opened the package, the dry erase board had a scratch on it. While assembling the item, I seen that the red trays to hold the art supplies were to small to assembly to the boards and there was no rod inside the box to hold the art paper to attach up top.
