1 Year Limited Manufacturer???s Defect Warranty. All Dynamic Rugs carry a 1 year limited replacement warranty in the event of a manufacturer???s defect. Our area rugs will be free from any material or manufacturing defect which would prevent them from giving satisfactory service for a period of one year. This limited warranty does not include damaged to the area rug caused by normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance or any damage caused by factors not inherent in the area rug at time of purchase. Dynamic Rugs will, at its sole discretion, replace the area rug if a manufacturer???s defect develops under normal use within the warranty period. To register a complaint under this warranty, simply contact the authorized dealer you purchased the area rug from or contact Dynamic Rugs at (888)356-6701 for assistance. Dynamic Rugs replacement warranty does not apply to any defects first notified to the company more than one year after the purchase of the area rug.
