As a portable activity to help your child stave off boredom, this is perfect. Considering the fact there is a certain amount of mess involved obviously use your judgment. I had to bring my child to a function that was long, boring and had zero kid friendly activities. I had the kit in my car by chance and it saved the day. We spent a happy hour playing farmer and selling the crops at a farmers market. The case helps contain the mess some. Affordable and easy to use. Totally worth it!!
