Happy with my purchase.

Very happy with this item. I purchased it as a gift for someone who has everything. I wanted something that was classy, small (with a small footprint), but fit that person's décor. This was perfect.

Cute little vase.

This is a unique little bud vase to display a single bud, flower or sprig. I'm using mine with a silk faux orchid sprig. There is a slight "raised lip" on each side of the opening in the stand, in back where the vase hangs, to keep the vase from sliding out. It wouldn't take much to knock the vase out of the stand if it's placed somewhere "unstable" or where it can easily be bumped or jostled around. The glass vase does seem to be quite thick and sturdy so shouldn't break easily, but if you have a live flower with water in it, you wouldn't want it spilling if it gets bumped off of the stand. I'd think as long as you display it on a window sill, shelf or anyplace where it's unlikely to be knocked into, it should be fine.
