This is the real deal. I've tried to capture the same hydrating feeling with other brands, even ones that state "Just like Jergens Ultra Healing." Well they aren't. They didn't provide the same smoothness, nor did the soak into my skin either. Other ones just left a greasy feeling that seemed okay, but in 5 minutes or less it absorbed away into nothing. This I can say truly does help heal dry skin. I'll be honest with you, the heels of my feet get so dry that they sometimes flake, peel, or even crack. This has healed those issues and I couldn't be happier. Now it doesn't happen after the first use, it healed it up over time. I just got in the habit of putting it on after every shower. Speaking of the first use though, you will notice a difference in that you can actually feel it soaking into your skin and feeling softer. It's great not just for my feet but all over. It makes my skin glow! I love this stuff and hope that if you try it, you'll experience the same great results I have. I use this to cleanse my face every morning as a moisturizer and apply it at night. It's gentle , keeps my skin silky soft, For me it's the best ever and I recommend it. It's Not Greasy, It absorbs with no film left behind, the smell is clean, My skin is soft, my face isn't wrinkly, I'm beyond my 60's
