Every year we have a family get together. You have to bring a nice gift to exchange between a 40 and $50 purchase price. I bought this towel warmer because I've heard several of the girls talk about getting one. When it was opened, it was one of those gifts that got exchanged multiple times during the white elephant exchange until it was frozen. I wish I'd had two or three more of them. It was originally valued much higher, but was on sale right at the top of our gift value ! My granddaughter in law to be got it. Everyone thought was an awesome gift!

This is my first towel warmer and I'm in love with it. This model has a sleek yet simple design and heats up to the perfect temperature in a reasonable amount of time. As for construction, the outside plastic case is a little chintzy and mine had scratches on the top that I don't want to live with, so I will return it and exchange for another. Still deserves 5* since everything else was great.
