We used this for our 4th of July bbq in Kansas, hot, rainy and windy and it definitely did what we needed it it. we were able to stay outside and stay dry and in the shade. Assembly -Visual instructions only and they're not terribly clear but we figured it out. It definitely takes no less than 4 people to assemble, we rounded up 5 and that helped. I can't count the Velcro steaos pulling off against the manufacturer it was REALLY windy when we were putting them on and its our own fault. Taking it down and storing it was super easy so that was a plus. I will definitely buy another if the need for a second ever comes up.

Overall, quite impressed by the quality considering going over the reviews. My husband put together the foundation a day before the event, which saved time and placed the white fabric the following day. I did mention to him to be cautious to prevent any tear, but I must admit, I think I might have been impatient with tightening the window bands together, so I streched it a little in some areas. Patience and some adjusting of the legs to prevent from tearing is advisible. My family, friends, and I totally loved it. Everybody was impressed and asked if I had rent it 😉.
