Adjustable Heel Lift Our Best Selling Heel Lift for Creating Better Body Balance
The Adjustable Heel Lift shoe insert helps relieve a variety of foot, leg, hip and back pain due to leg length inequality, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis. Simply adjust the number of layers – from .16” to .375”– to help correct balance of hips and back.
High quality surface is treated to protect against UV, mildew and fungus. The rubber base helps prevent slipping inside shoes and absorbs impact to help reduce stress on the body. Use with athletic or dress shoes. Available in S, M or L. Not sold in pairs.
Small fits up to women’s size 8; Medium fits women’s size 8.5 plus and up to men’s size11; Large fits men’s size 11 plus.

Perfect Lift for my heel discomfort
These leather covered high density foam wedges with adjustable thickness are the perfect addition to my everyday shoes. I ordered a pair for my six most favorite shoes and boots so I can just adjust them once and leave them in place. Much more durable than the little gel "squishies" my foot doctor recommended they will likely last as long as I have the shoe/boot and can even be permanently glued in place with a little rubber cement. Highly recommended!
