Easy to connect and the app was user friendly. The fit was comfortable, they sat securely in her ear, and there wasn't any complicated setup or confusing buttons. Once they were in, she didn't need constant help adjusting them — which is big for someone her age. She can take them out, put them back in, and use the charging case without frustration. For a senior citizen, that ease of use truly matters. And then it happened to be raining outside. She paused, looked up, and said Do you hear that? She realized she could hear the rain again. I love that they have a mask on them so easy to take off and on. And the main thing is they're low maintenance. The instructions are easy to understand and easy to put in the ears.
