I just happened to see this at a pharmacy but knew it would be cheaper at Walmarts, which it was. I bought one and use it all day every day and like the fact it could be microwave heated or freezer cooled. i use it heated all day. Because this item has really helped my lower back pain, i went ahead %26 bought the 3 pack, o id have an extra for myself %26 2 others for family members with pack pain as well. And they love it just as i do. i now have the copper gel knee%26 neck supports, heating them all for 40 sec in the micro. Definitely well worth purchasing %26 DO recommend this item for some relief. it wont cure my pain due to pathology in there, but it certainly does help relieve some of the pain.

This copper fit back support is very comfortable. It has the inside pack to use with heating or cooling and has made such a difference. Ive only used the heat %26 it has soothed my back pain like a regular heating pad does. Definitely will be buying again for backup when washing this one. I use it from morning after a shower until i head to bed. After buying many back braces for severe pain, this one i give it an A
