I can't describe the difference in this pillow vs. a "regular." It's almost like your head is being cradled while you sleep. You can adjust the amount of fill that you want to suit your type of sleep, i.e., side, back or stomach. These were a steal at Walmart now on sale for $ 68/each. Shop around and you will see what other retailers are asking for these! Highly recommend.

Company offers to help if you aren't sure what to do and a 30 trial. and we've had them a couple weeks. Even my husband loves them and he's never been one to comment on a pillow. They are pricey, I'm thinking about getting two more.

This is a great pillow and cover the pillow is perfect because it's adjustable and the cover is very soft. I have used Coop pillows in the past and found them to be worth the price even though I was able to catch this one on a flash sale. They last for so long and even though it's recommended to change pillows once or even twice a year it's so hard to give up a great Coop pillow!
