This is a beautiful pan. I just used it for the first time last night to stir fry in, and it heats up evenly. After use I let it cool down and soaked it over night and the next day it cleaned up beautifully. I am LOVING this pan it cooks evenly with no burning on the bottom. The handle stays cool, and it's the perfect size for stir frying, it's plenty high so nothing goes over the top. This is definitely the one to buy!!!
