I originally purchased it for a project where I needed a large serrated knife to cut 5" thick foam to re-stuff couch pillows. It worked like a charm. Easy to handle %26 sharp. THEN... I washed it %26 used it to cut my Thanksgiving turkey. 🤭 Highly recommend, %26 would definitely repurchase. It being apple green was a bonus, as my kitchen is green.

This knife is a quality knife. There are tons of good knives but I see no need to pay a lot of money for a knife that I use maybe twice a month. This knife is sharp and stays sharp a long time. The handle feels good. If you feel you need a high priced knife to impress your friends , go for it. But this knife cuts cleanly and does a great job. It is just what I wanted.
