High-Strength hook and loop closure keeps the belt from opening during use. The rubber logo helps provide grip on the strap to close the belt tight around the waist. Material Strength There is no set material strength, but this type of belt is great for most common weight lifting exercises including all machines, dumbbells and barbell work. For heavy powerlifting or strongman exercises, we recommend a full nylon belt or a heavy duty leather belt with a minimum 7mm thickness. Care Instructions This product can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent, allow to soak for 15 - 30 minutes. Place product on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using.
