I have had this pellet stove for about 5 years now. It couldn't be happier with this purchase. Ignite times-626 (replaced one igniter due to tile breaking) Run time-10987 and haven't replaced really much of anything besides auger bearings and auger. (Just so. Have an extra for cleaning) I did upgrade to the stainless pot, helped out a ton with keeping the pot clean. I t have burned turmans pellets after the first year when the cheap local glue filled pellets would gum up the auger. Heats my 1900 sq foot bi-level house without a problem from the basement. North Easter Pennsylvania

We had a country Flame for 21 years. We wanted to get a pellet stove that was efficent, easy to change parts, and work like a beast. We reviewed alot of pellet stoves and decided on this one. What closed the deal was a man and his son on you tube. They sell comfortbilt. He helped us with all our decisions. This is the best decision we made.
