Fan On Y'all!

I love that it's out of the way, up high near the ceiling to blow the heat from the ceiling and draw fresh air through the apartment (Hawaii). It's not noisy like a lot of fans and it oscillates, so that's a plus. It has strings and a dial for speeds and oscillation, so hopefully the strings won't break. It does have plastic blades but a metal housing. This place picks up a lot of dust from fans and air conditioners. It's easy to just unhook it from the wall and clean it once a month with a blower.

Great fan

I bought this for my husband's man cave. He had a floor fan that was always in the way in the small room. Ceiling too low for a ceiling fan, but this fan fit the bill to give him good air circulation and a nice cooling breeze. He mounted it at about eye level in a corner and it does a decent job of cooling the room. The only drawback is that it gives off and odor of melting plastic. Not sure how long that will take to go away. The fan was easy to mount on the wall. It oscillates well, it is quiet and has adjustable speeds. It was a good price too.
