Haven't got it installed yet, box was in terrible shape and some of the inside styrofoam packing were cracked and broken in parts. Unit looked OK, no dents and all the parts seem to be there. It was left at front door in upside down position because the bottom had torn or broken open.

this is 5th time im writing this. kept blanking out and pictures issues uploading and i feel im being prevented to upload what i have. does not deserve even one dot of a star. i saved money for thischeap heater. im over 60. it dont work right and never did from day one. i had to save money for it and then save money for installtion. heater was almosy 700.00 and installation 611.00 and i still owe 111.00. i called walmart many times telling them the heater dont work right and no one seem to care. i told them i have to get another heater that works properly but the heater on this site is over 1,700.00. what i gonna do ? it was -2 F when i woke up cold. and this is what it is. the heater is advertised 24,000 BTU and to cover up to 925 sq.ft, and it DOES NOT !!! my tiny house is 420 sq. ft. and i have it cranked to a 5 which is the highest one can go on this cheap thing heater. walamrt dont care about old people. i tole them my age and no one to help so what i going to do. i want my money back and the money for the installation. no one seem to care about old and elderly people anymore. so sad and so depressing. what i gonna do. be care full what you buy on this site or you may end up in a similar situation. for me..have no idea what i can do cause WALMART dont care about old people. dont buy this heater ! so upset : * (
