You get what you pay for. if you opt for the cheaper brands, you're going to get junk. I had one of these and balked at spending $20 more for the left hand so I bought something cheaper on Amazon. It was so cheap they didn't want to take it back when I requested a refund. there's a huge difference, and this item is worth the extra money never mind the relief it brings. now I'm going to replace the old one that I had because the design and quality improvement since I first bought the right hand is noticeable. I'm just annoyed that both hands aren't the same price. why are left hands more money? that seems discriminatory.
