Ended up being nearly 3 times the price of this one. the sweetness and acidity are nicely balanced for me. Ive been using it on pizza and basil, tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad. We add this to tomato and cucumber salads and it is delicious. It adds a lot of flavor, tangy yet slightly sweet. Less expensive than the Rachel Ray brand we used to use and yet we like this one better. It also presents a very attractive picture as we don't toss it, but just do a squiggly line over the top and it looks very gourmet.
