Excellent substitute for grits.

This is a wonderful substitute for grits when making Cajun creole shrimp and grits. Follow the directions on the box. I add 2 tbsp of butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream to the boiling potenta while it cooks and in 5 minutes it is done.

Amazing Polenta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly had never had polenta before trying this, and I am in love! I can't believe all the different ways you can use it and what you can make. The flavor and texture was incredible, and it is so versatile. Definitely recommend if you want something different in your meal plan.
