I purchased item for my grandson and I am sure he will love it. He is getting it this weekend for his birthday. But I must impress that your sales person was more than adequate. She told me things about a compass I was unaware of. I went home and google it and she was correct! She went beyond checkout with just a few simple questions. Once she realized I was unaware, she gave me some very insightful data and I am very grateful....Please acknowledge her service.

does what it says but...

The only downfall I see in it is the battery cap(also is the button to turn the light on) comes off too easily and can be lost!!! I do not recommend it for youngsters, as the battery cover comes off easily and lost !!
