when i first stir it into my coffee i try to catch all the clumps at the top hoping they are the syrup clumping in an effort to remove some of the SUGARY SWEETNESS from it. they want to distinguish between grain sugar and syrupy sugar which is sweeter than sugar. i like the vanilla taste but its WAY too sweet!! i dont know why i keep buying it. its worse for diabetics than sugar.
