I wasn't expecting much from the Cocbny Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner but after using it a few times, I changed my mind! The instructions were well written, clear and concise. The vac is not too heavy and is comfortable to use even for my small hands! I had vacuumed my apt. with a stick vac the day before I received the cordless vac. I did a test run and was I ever surprised at the dirt it picked up! With just a push of a button, the vac is so easy to empty. The attachments were easy to install and remove. I foresee years of vacuuming with this cordless vac in my future! I contacted customer service to take advantage of the extended 2 yr. warranty. Customer service rep, Aimy, couldn't have been more helpful. Not only was my warranty extended but I was offered extra HEPA filters at no cost! This company should be proud to have such a dedicated rep working for them! Indeed, Aimy is a perfect example of what to expect from a representative of a company. It was such a pleasant experience; I couldn't be happier with the equipment and the service.

I love this vacuum--and I'm not just saying that. It's so refreshing to be able to pick up the vacuum, and vacuum, rather than having to unwind a cord, and plug a vacuum in, and untangle the hose, and move the plug as I go through the house, and then wind the cord back up when I'm done. The suction is very adequate for taking crumbs off of carpet and dusting hardwood floor. I'm back on the website getting ready to treat my children to the same vacuum because I think ... well, everyone should have one!
