Not new condition

I gave it a 1 because there was a problem with my first order. The ottoman was defective. Walmart was prompt with the second delivery however once I received it and unpackaged it. The ottoman seem used. The quilted part was wrinkled on the sides and the top and the packaging was retouched. I have the entire set and this ottoman has more wear than my other furniture. I will never order anything from them of this value again.
