Worst purchase, horrible shipping, seller lies

The package took over a month to get to me. I asked that it be canceled and replaced when the shipping was denied at customs so that I could receive another one in a timely manner. The seller said he would but never did. Then when I followed up the seller said ok how about a partial refund because you have waited so long and you can wait for your item to arrive. I agreed. The item didn't arrive for a month, it was scheduled for a six day arrival, and of course even when I followed up about partial refund one never came. The item didn't arrive finally arrive. It's as pictured. But cheaper, not at all worth 15.51 and I never did get any kind of partial refund. The seller will toy with you and never really help you. Will never buy from them again and I definitely DONT recommend that you do. Their packages get denied at customs, then they refuse to work with you at all. Total fiasco and not a reasonable bone in their bodies. They do not care at all about their customers. And once the item arrived I wasn't even able to return it. To actually get my money back. Because the seller marked it as a partial refund in the system without ever giving me a partial refund. So. Yeah this seller is scammer. Do not buy from them.
