The problem with the bag was that the handle ripped near the bottom of the back the material they used kind of let go and unraveled. I love the bag. It's just too bad that it did that it should have some type of leather in so that it doesn't do that next time, I'm still using it. I put a pin on it but I don't but I do purse know how long the pin will last but I'm still using it anyways thank you very much.
