Tuscan Chicken & VegetablesPrep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutesMakes 6 servings.You Will Need1 pkg. McCormick One Seasoning Mix2 Tbsp. oil1 lb. chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 can (141/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (15 oz.) white (cannellini) beans or any variety of beans, rinsed and drained1 package (6 oz.) baby spinach leavesDirections1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.2. Stir in tomatoes, beans and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 minutes.3. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in spinach; cook 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted.

Easy and delicious
I wish I had used this seasoning packet sooner. It was delicious. I did change the instructions on the back to create a sauce with marsala, cream, and parmesan, and served it with pasta. My picky daughter loved it, too. I went to the store to buy again but it wasn't available and the two that were did not sound good.

Where is the Tuscan Chicken & Vegetables One Skilllet meal?
I happened upon this product in the grocery store about I think in spring of 2023. A lady who was shopping near me bought it and said her whole family loved it, it was healthy, and she could make it quickly for busy week day nights. After her rave review, I bought it too. My family of 6 all loved it! My teens are requesting it. It's the perfect meal to make quickly on nights when your kids have sports and you have to eat early or late. The leftovers are great too! Now, I can't find it any where. I see it has been discontinued because it didn't sell well enough. If it didn't sell well enough, you missed your target market! Your target market is me! Busy mom with active kids. I have four teenagers. They all loved it, their friends loved it (I had a couple moms asking for the recipe), and my husband and I loved it! It's a quick, easy, healthy meal that you can feel good about feeding to your family. Bring it back!! Or at least give me the exact recipe to make it at home.
