This Thermalloy® fry pan is constructed of heavy‐duty stainless steel with the Excalibur® non‐stick surface and an aluminum sandwich bottom for excellent heat distribution. The stay cool handle is securely riveted. For best results stainless steel and aluminum cookware should be seasoned before first use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears.
