This planter is accented with a dark metal band that holds together and stabilizes the barrel. Acacia wood is 1.5 times the hardness of oak, so the use of the metal band contributes to the overall strength and durability of each barrel planter. Because the planter features a drainage hole and is treated with linseed oil, this Acacia planter can be used both indoors and outdoors. Acacia wood can last decades without much maintenance, however, it will last longer if you cover it in winter and keep out of direct sunlight. Measures approximately 13" top diameter by 10" bottom diameter x 8.25" height.
