Well after receiving my stock pot I washed it and put it to work. I made a double batch of old fashioned Cocoa Fudge. It worked excellent. A little lite for the job but cooked the sugar, milk, and Cocoa powder without any problems. All in all I give it a 9 out of 10. But it and try it for yourself.
